About
Who We are
Complete Auto started with a frustration, not a business plan. After years inside the LA collision repair industry, we kept seeing the same thing: vehicles leaving shops with uncalibrated ADAS systems, aftermarket parts, and frames that were never properly measured — because the shop's DRP relationship didn't leave room for doing the job correctly. The owners never knew. The car looked fixed. It wasn't.
We started Complete Auto because LA luxury vehicle owners deserved a shop whose first obligation was to them — not to an insurer's loss ratio.
We are not a franchise. We are not a volume shop. We are collision repair technicians and insurance claim advocates who have spent over 20 years learning exactly how this industry shortchanges car owners — and how to stop it. We dispatch the right tow, perform a full blueprint teardown, fight the supplement process with OEM documentation, and calibrate every affected safety system before the car leaves our facility.
Our Mission
To deliver a technically superior repair and act as a firewall between you and your insurance company. Every vehicle leaves our shop repaired to 100% manufacturer-specified procedures — genuine OEM parts, advanced pre and post diagnostics, and structural measurements documented to the millimeter — with its safety systems, ADAS calibration, and resale value fully intact. That is not a marketing claim. It is a standard we hold ourselves to on every repair, for every client, regardless of what the insurer's estimating software thinks the job should cost.
We've spent over 20 years watching insurance companies steer LA drivers toward cheaper shops, authorize aftermarket parts on luxury vehicles, exclude ADAS calibration from repair estimates, and sign off on structural repairs that were never properly measured. Our mission exists as a direct response to that system. We do the repair correctly, we document every operation with OEM procedure references, and we fight the supplement process on your behalf until the authorized scope reflects the actual repair your vehicle requires — not the repair the insurer wanted to pay for.
Our Vision
To set the standard for what a Los Angeles body shop should be: an uncompromising technical facility where quality is measured in OEM tolerances, not just appearance. A shop where the frame measurement report, the calibration documentation, and the parts records tell the real story of the repair — not the shine on the paint. Where every client walks away with a complete file proving their vehicle was restored to factory specification, structurally, electronically, and cosmetically. That is the bar we set for ourselves and the bar we believe every shop in this market should be held to.
We envision a Los Angeles where luxury vehicle owners are never steered, bullied, or financially pressured into accepting a substandard repair. Where "fixed" means documented OEM tolerances and verified safety systems — not a fresh clear coat over a frame that was never properly straightened. Where the gap between what insurance companies want to pay and what a correct repair actually costs is closed by shops that know the procedures, know the law, and have the documentation to back both. We are building that standard one repair at a time, and we intend to keep raising it.
Core Values
Integrity
We don’t do "visual estimates." We perform a forensic teardown to find hidden structural damage. If a sensor is off by 2mm, the job isn't done.
Advocacy
We work for you, not the insurance company. We fight for OEM parts and proper labor hours because your car’s resale value depends on it.
Precision
We use the same frame jigs and computerized measuring systems found in factory assembly plants. No "Bondo" shortcuts, no aftermarket imitations.
Transparency
You get a line-item technical breakdown of the entire repair. No industry jargon, just honest data about your vehicle’s structural health.
Innovation
We invest in the specialized clean rooms and high-voltage equipment required for modern Tesla, Lucid, and Rivian builds.
Accountability
Every repair is backed by a written lifetime warranty. We don't just finish the job; we stand by the structural and aesthetic results for as long as you own the vehicle.
